Yes. Each additional retainer requires a suitable 3D scan approved by Keepers and is charged at the published price.
No. A Keepers retainer is passive: it is intended to maintain the tooth position represented by the approved 3D scan. Keepers does not provide orthodontic treatment or actively move teeth. Contact a dentist or orthodontist if you want to move your teeth.
Keepers provides passive removable retainers. Keepers does not repair, remove, or replace fixed retainer wires. Contact a dentist or orthodontist for a fixed-wire problem.
If you already have a usable 3D scan, send it to Keepers for review. If you do not have one, ask your clinic for an existing export or arrange a new intraoral scan at a dental clinic.

A Keepers passive removable retainer is custom-made based on a 3D scan that Keepers has reviewed and approved as suitable.
The retainer is normally dispatched within 5 business days after a valid scan and payment have been received. Estimated total delivery time, including production and shipping, is 6–10 business days.
You pay only after your scan is approved for production and we confirm your order. You're not charged for a scan that can't be used.

A full refund is available only if a remake is not possible.
There is no fixed replacement interval. Contact Keepers if a Keepers retainer is worn, damaged, lost, sharp, rubbing, or no longer fits. Keepers will assess the product issue first.
