Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms apply to the websites operated by Keepers Sweden AB under the Keepers Club name, including retainer.se and keepers.club, and to the purchase of custom-made retainers. By accessing the website, contacting Keepers, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian. These Terms apply to website visitors, individual customers, and clinics ordering on behalf of patients.

2. Our Products

Keepers offers custom-made clear passive removable retainers based on a 3D scan that Keepers has reviewed and approved as suitable.

The retainer is intended to maintain the tooth position represented by the approved scan. Keepers does not diagnose dental conditions, provide dental treatment, actively move teeth, or repair fixed retainer wires.

3. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed with or without an existing 3D scan. Production begins only after a valid scan has been received and approved.

To proceed:

• A valid 3D scan must be available.
• The customer must confirm retainers still fit properly.
• The customer must confirm no new dental work (fillings, crowns, extractions) has occurred since the scan.

If no usable scan is available, the customer needs to arrange a new intraoral scan at a dental clinic and send the exported file to Keepers for review. The clinic may charge separately. With the customer's consent, Keepers may ask the clinic for an existing scan export.

Keepers may delay or reject production if:

• The scan is outdated or inaccurate.
• The customer reports dental work or a tooth-position change since the scan.
• Information is incomplete or contradictory.

If production cannot proceed due to scan validity issues, the order will be refunded in full.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR including VAT.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer.
• Online payment link.
• Invoice.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

5. Order Confirmation

After payment, an order confirmation will be sent via email. If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, contact [email protected].

6. Delivery (Latvia)

• Delivery within Latvia is included in the product price.
• Delivery is made to the nearest pickup point using tracked shipping.

Products are typically dispatched within 5 business days after scan approval. Total lead time is approximately 6-10 business days, including production and shipping.

International shipping is available upon request and may include additional fees.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 business day if production has not yet started. To cancel, email [email protected]. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Because retainers are custom-made to the customer's specification, the general right of withdrawal does not apply under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Chapter 2, Section 11, point 3).

If a Keepers retainer does not fit, is damaged, or appears defective, contact Keepers first so that we can troubleshoot the product and fit issue.

For a retainer custom-made based on a 3D scan that Keepers reviewed and approved as suitable, we offer:

• A free remake when the retainer needs to be remade.
• A full refund only if a remake is not possible.

To open a case:

• Contact Keepers as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
• Describe the issue. Send photos if Keepers asks for them.
• Return the product upon request.

If the scan no longer matches the current tooth position, a new 3D scan is required before a new retainer can be offered. The customer is responsible for any separate scan fee unless otherwise agreed.

9. Refund Policy

For an approved product or fit case, Keepers first remakes the retainer. A full refund is issued only if a remake is not possible.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Changes in dental condition over time.
• Incorrect or outdated scan data.
• Incorrect information provided by the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

10. Breakages and Remakes

If a retainer breaks due to a production defect:

• Keepers remakes the product free of charge.
• A full refund is issued only if a remake is not possible.

To open a case:

• Contact Keepers as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
• Describe the issue. Send photos if Keepers asks for them.
• Return the retainer if requested.

11. Fit Guarantee

The fit guarantee applies to a retainer custom-made based on a 3D scan that Keepers reviewed and approved as suitable. If the retainer does not fit, Keepers remakes it at no cost. A full refund is issued only if a remake is not possible.

These Terms do not limit the customer's rights under mandatory Swedish consumer law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Keepers Club is not responsible for:

• Delivery delays caused by third-party providers.
• Zonal discomfort caused by misuse or improper storage.
• Fit issues caused by outdated scans or dental changes.

Keepers does not diagnose, provide dental treatment, actively move teeth, or repair fixed retainer wires.

13. Privacy and Cookies

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy: /en/privacy-policy/

Personal data is handled under applicable data-protection law and the published Privacy Policy.

Cookies are used for:

• essential functionality,
• analytics (with consent),
• marketing (with consent).

Preferences can be adjusted via the cookie consent banner.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be handled under applicable Swedish consumer law and by the competent Swedish forum.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version is always available on keepers.club.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
